Classic Acupuncture
Acupuncture can treat a very wide range of disorders, some common ones include: injury, arthritis, headache, anxiety/stress, IBS, digestive issues, PMS, sleep, and much more. A typical appointment includes a brief assessment, a customized acupuncture treatment, plus other modalities like cupping and ear seeds.
Facial Acupuncture
Facial or Cosmetic Acupuncture focuses on the natural rejuvenation of the skin and face by increasing blood flow, boosting collagen and relaxing tension. Treatments can help with anti-aging, acne, complexion, dryness/redness, and even jaw pain or facial paralysis. A typical appointment starts with a brief assessment, specialty facial acu needles, and ends with a relaxing facial massage + GuaSha combo.
Facial Massage
Did you know we have over two dozen individual facial muscles on either side? All of them play an important roll in facial expressions, talking, chewing, and other things we do daily without realizing it! Like any muscle in the body, facial muscles can also become tense and tired, which can affect the appearance of the skin. Facial massage can naturally relax muscles and lift the skin for a glowing and lifted look.
